Warranty & Return Policy


WARRANTY:

All reconditioned products are covered by a 90 Day warranty (unless stated otherwise) from the date of shipment. Our warranty is a guarantee that all items will meet or exceed original factory specifications. New products are warranted to factory duration. Equipment returned under warranty must have an RMA issued from PTL with the specific problem associated with the equipment.  In the event that an RMA is issued for the equipment near the warranty deadline the equipment must be received by PTL within 2 weeks after the end of the warranty deadline in order for the warranty to be honored.

An extended warranty is available on most items for an additional charge at time of purchase.

RETURNING PRODUCTS:

When returning a product under warranty, it is required to call for a Return Materials Authorization number. When sending your equipment, please state the problem with the equipment and include the RMA number to facilitate repair and tracking


RESTOCKING CHARGE:

A twenty percent (20%) restocking charge will apply to all items returned for non-warranty reasons.
